What motivated you to publish your work in an open access format? Open access is the best venue to reach a wider audience.
What do you see as the benefits of open access publishing compared to traditional publishing models? My research is particularly aimed at professionals working in low- income healthcare systems, so it is a necessity for it to be open access in order to reach them. What advice would you give to other researchers who are considering publishing their work in open access formats for the first time? I realise that many may not have the affordable means to publish with open access – but if you do, it is clearly worth it.
