This includes blog posts, lunch and learn events and awareness campaigns. ➔ Ensure staff have the appropriate knowledge to implement the environmental management system within the remit of their responsibilities. The training programme will be finalised and launched before November 2025. ➔ Define clear responsibilities and internal communication channels to ensure the implementation of policies and the attainment of objectives. 4/ Supply chain management ➔ Implement sustainability due diligence in our procurement process by the end of 2025 to control supply chain risks. ➔ Collaborate with our suppliers to reduce the environmental impact of the services we offer. ➔ Select data storage suppliers that prioritize energy efficiency, use renewable energy sources, and are located in areas with no water scarcity. 5/ Stakeholder engagement ➔ Collaborate with industry bodies and peers to advocate for environmental best practices adoption across the industry and share lessons learned. ➔ Use our platforms to raise awareness of the links between climate change, loss of biodiversity, quality of health care and public health. Policy communication This policy has been approved by the Risk and Compliance Steering Committee (RCSC) and will be communicated internally and externally, through our website and regular communications with suppliers.
