An infobutton displayed in the context of a patient’s problem list will allow a clinician to retrieve BMJ Best Practice treatment guidelines on a specific condition as well as relevant patient education material to share with the patient. If you are interested in this option, please contact us. BMJ will provide deep links into BMJ Best Practice using I CD10 or SNOMED-CT codes, and the HL7 Infobutton standard. We will also provide your IT team with links to API documentation and technical detail information required.

What else can BMJ Best Practice do for you? BMJ Best Practice is the only clinical decision support tool that prioritises local guidelines for healthcare professionals. The local guidance tool will enable you to easily add links to your local clinical information to BMJ Best Practice topics.
